The Creative Ladies is a group of beautiful women in the Cielo and Nazaret communities of Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.

Primarily, our hope is that our makers would be transformed by the love and truth of Jesus Christ. They have been meeting together since 2008, attending bible studies, learning jewelry-making and other skilled crafts, and serving their larger communities.

Most of the women do not have regular jobs and struggle daily to make ends meet. Our goal is that the program would provide a path out of poverty by supporting a dignified income for our artisans. We desire to equip and empower them through skills training, financial literacy, and business development.
